Shipping & Returns
1. HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details.
Non-registered users can track order status using the tracking information provided in the email.
If you have a registered account on parrigai.com, you can track the status of your order in the Order History section.
If you have any questions or have not received a confirmation email, please contact Customer Support.
2. WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours except for special circumstances, such as the backorder or pre order.
If your order was not shipped more than 2 business days, please contact us with your order number to get quick support.
3. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All confirmed orders will be packaged and shipped within 1 - 2 business days and the tracking number will be sent to the registered email address and available in the My Account section. Packages typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
4. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement. After this time period the order cannot be cancelled. Please place a new order for the correct items and return the order with the wrong items.

We offer three convenient shipping methods for Parrigai.com online orders:
Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business day (free)
Expedited Shipping: 2 business day ($6.99)
Priority Shipping: Next business day ($12.99)
6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Qualifying items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned in new condition (not worn, sized or otherwise modified) with proof of purchase. The item must be in its original condition in order for packaging to be accepted. Returns will be issued back to the original credit or debit card used in the initial purchase.
7. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We ship merchandise ordered on Parrigai.com to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes. We currently do not ship internationally.

We accept all major credit cards.
Parrigai.com orders can be paid by Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay or Discover cards.
We also accept Paypal, one of the most trusted names in online shopping. Anyone with a Paypal account can check out on our site and pay with their stored payment information safely and securely.
2. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
As an eCommerce store we are required to collect sales tax from buyers in states where a retail store of our business is established. Also, following IRS rules, if we pass certain revenue thresholds in orders shipped to a specific state, we are obligated to start charging sales tax in those specific states.
1. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY?
We care deeply about the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. If you believe there is a material defect with your order, please contact us immediately after receipt so we can help you to resolve.
Parrigai items carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship, from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations.
