HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER ?
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund.
Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order for your desired products on parrigai.com at your own convenience.

RETURN
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact support@parrigai.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Parrigai packaging.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND ?
Merchandise returned to Parrigai.com will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
A full refund will be issued for your order.

ARE DELIVERY CHARGES REFUNDABLE?
We are free shipping.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

GETTING YOUR REFUND
